Withdrawal requests above specified thresholds require full KYC documentation. Accounts with incomplete KYC may have withdrawal access restricted until verification is complete.
jl57 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through PAGCOR-approved payment channels, including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI online banking, BDO online banking, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT (TRC20 network). All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.
The minimum deposit at jl57 is ₱50. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. jl57 reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts where the source of funds cannot be verified.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. All bonuses are subject to specific terms announced at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game eligibility, and expiry periods. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your jl57 account must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any related winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
jl57 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and close accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements, or any systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as winnings derived from a bonus award is capped at ten times (10x) the value of the original bonus. This cap does not apply to real-money winnings generated from real-money deposits independent of bonus funds.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl57 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, or actions of third-party payment providers.
jl57's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the relevant claim.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through jl57's internal dispute process.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, players must first exhaust jl57's internal dispute resolution process by submitting a formal complaint in writing to jl57 support. jl57 will respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days.
